IVR Server - handling input

Continuing with the previous experiment, this one adds input.

It works like this:

• Welcome message
• Choose between option 1, 2, 3
• Handle choice
  1. It’s a robo call, request to be removed from list and hangup.
  2. It’s an unscheduled call, send them a link via SMS and hangup.
  3. It’s a valid call, forward call to cell
